sounds like bashar, literally. bashar said once that the reason for his strange sounding speech is that it has imbedded in it messages and a historical/universal knowing understood by the (physical human's) higher self. the elongated vowels and extended s's here are examples, they remind me of that :)

@ricki388 gee sorry, I don't know, there are so many bashar vids out there. he was responding to a question asked about why his speech sounded strange. If you look up bashar and click on any vid, you will notice the speech similarity right away
