You have to be patient. Auctions come and go. Do the same search again in a few days if you can't find it.

Also, be prepared to spend a lot of money; these Sailor Moon items are NOT cheap. The lockets run at least $50 on average; the scepters/wands vary, but are pretty pricey too.
