Why don't you pick a random idea (It dosen't have to be related to any current writing projects) and just WRITE about it. Write about brushing your teeth, write about your favorite book, write about your day, write about anything. Another idea is to write about anything important tht happens, like the disaster in Japan (I got these ideas from "Writing Magic" by Gail Carson-Levine, a book worth reading.)
