Very nicely done!!! it helps gel the events, and its a tribute to the folks from the show and their attention to detail. they effectively built about 5 minutes of an event spread out through 5 seasons... not an easy thing as far as continuity.

Magnet??! Its an electromagnetic 'socket' , basically a big area containing electromagnetic energy.

They had to press the button every 108 minutes to 'release' some of this energy, so it didnt overload.

A magnet is nothing like this.
