and other strains like power plant, Northern lights,AK47 (mainly sat dominant) can take a bit longer 9 - 10 even 11 weeks. So my question is how does aeroponics which is a method of growing speed up flower time? It may speed up growth of the plant or yield compared to soil but the flower time is still the same.

Most canna plants grow indoors need 8 - 10 weeks flower time in 12/12 lights on/off be it soil or hydro. this is not including veg time which most people do for a week or two on 18/6 from a rooted clone. (NFT, ebb and flow, flood and drain ect are all hydro)some strains like top44 or early girl can take less (7 weeks)

Sparkle yes aero is much fast growing. Soil is the slowest then you have similar times fro flood table and ebb and flow then NFT grows and fastest being aero. Average harvest for hydro is 5 weeks flower

@Sensi5446 many strains flower in a 5 to 6 week flower grown in a true aeroponics system assuming your growing a pure indica.. 8 to 9 weeks would be a sativa heavy strain grown in soil even my sativa strains flower in 7 weeks max done in aero systems dialed in correct. Ive been working aero grows for past 10 years and once your dialed in you never grow any other way.i use mostly indi a strains but things like bubblegum,sweet purple,romulon, and cole traon grow exceptionally fast in aeroppnics.

Can I get a good yeild useing a metat halide 400 watt for 8plants in soil . Just started my 12/12. Four days ago and I don't see my cfls yeilding much . Also if I don't have access to a hydro store what grow media can I use for clones that I can get at my local plant store Thanks and happy growing

@Elijiah11 I hope you started them flowering small but hell yea throw the halide in there and use the cfl's to light the parts that aren't getting as much light. Start your clones in Vermiculite or peat plugs and always keep under a dome.
