Chameleons and Leaf tail Geckos have sunlight reflect through transluscent skin cells, that reflect against eachother like mirrors, so maybe, If you put a veiled chameleon under four colours of lights, you would get different colours than normal. But, sadly that vid is Fake. Chameleons change colour due to mood,hydration and sunlight, not their environment
