@roschler I just got a PC laptop, and I tried to download robodance, but I did not find a log in button (I already subscribed on my mac), so I tried to register again, but it showed an error saying I already joined, but I still can't log in

No, the Wii mote will can be paired and unpaired from the PC. Although a PC and be paired with a few different devices, the Wii mote can only be pair with one device at a time.

no you dont need a wireless conection. just hook it up like xbox

Yes you do need a wireless connection. The WowWee Rovio is an 802.11 network device and needs to link up with a Wireless Access Point, tied to your home network router or broadband modem. I'm not sure about the Nintendo DS or the XBox 360. They would need to be able to run a standard web browser for remote access. Even if they can, I'd ask a friend with a Rovio to let you test drive before spending any money.

No it can't. The program that does all the work, Robodance, only runs on Windows 2000 PC's or newer (versions of Windows).

Does the Rovio require software on your computer? Does it work with Mac?

Just a supported web browser. For setup, Windows PC's do have a USB based setup that uses a Windows software program, but that's just a convenience. Mac's can connect directly to the Rovio as a standard WiFi network device and configure it that way. A little extra work, but it's not bad at all.
