@iAaronEFG depends on the ref.. regardless, its extremely dangerous to slam like that so most wrestlers are taught to slam with their knee on the ground when that move is executed so that no one gets hurt

It's illegal because the shooter just lifts him up and throws him down however he's holding him. You can't slam somebody on their head. The shooter has certain responsibilities slamming his opponent.
