Thats a quest in the howling fjord where you need to get into the "other world" but you cant attack arthas there if u do he will give you a debuff where you cant do anything for 2 minutes so....... no loot ^^

nope, the actual boss don't. BTW it's 139 thousand HP. As a DK, the first quest is given from Arthas as you're on his team in the beginning. Then Mograin, Arthas, every1 has 139000 hp =)
