i agree with you, though i generally belive people see black and whit about polotics and this is not the number one problem. i agree with the idea of them not all having the right ideas, lib dems are bit too liberal conservatives too right wing anti immigration and would shoot a lazy guy + a bit too tribal and unreliable after av buying advertisment to trip people out while lying etc. though the labour groups are the usual ones be a tad deviouse, ths guy cought 5 vot fraud no more characters....

The biggest cause of problems in SS is the large numbers of lazy-idle fat-arsed, violent, drug-addicted, alcoholic wankers that decide they should get themselves some children to boost their benefit cheque and haven't got a fucking clue how to raise a healthy family that can contibute to the benefit of society.

@riskingeuphoria I'm not aligned to any poltical party because no single party has all the right ideas...However, to explainmyself further I am someone whose job it is everyday to help children who suffer the consequences of having parents such as those previously described. When you witness the pain caused to children because of the greed & systemic family neglect it makes you angry watching a parent work out that by having another child they could have a four-bedroomed house for FREE!

I happened to go to Walsall Civic Center on Monday 16th. I was met by ANOTHER person because K. Child was AGAIN at a meeting. Does Walsall Looked After Children have something to hide. They only have to answer a simple question.

emotional harm is not being identified or prooven yet children are being removed, the real instigators the ss are causing serious harm to children and familys they are not arranging regular contact down to money and availability, causing disrupted attachment and psycological dammage trauma,stress,anxioty. we need help also hearsay evidence is not being lawfully tested. we really need some help please contact us, love you john hemming.

"More single parents who are unable to cope." "I would like to be optimistic, but ... " The gist of this is, there are a large percentage of parents who are bad parents, especially single parents. Just because the economy is bad. Bad economy = bad parents. This is the lie that they want to perpetuate. Not acknowledging, of course, that the bad economy has a great deal to do with the very forces that created, and strengthen, the power of CPS.

Rather than being " less punitive about taking children," I think we actually need to be more punitive about wrongly taking children. And more punitive about false allegations of child abuse. If social workers and CPS in general knew that they were going to be sued, they would be more careful. Baby P wasn't NOT taken because they feared a lawsuit. Babies and children are not left with bad parents because of fear of lawsuits.

A lot of bullying does go on and I know a Barrister for the LA who joked about how they can remove any child they want and no one can touch them.

Another one physically wrestled with a mother to get the order refusing them the order to remove the child, as they were with holding that from the court of appeal bundles.

I have witnessed cases where all judges knew of the abuse of children in state care and not one did anything, but rather ORDERED THE CHILDREN TO REMAIN IN THE PLACEMENT.

Advice to all women victims of domestic abuse- DO NOT COME FORWARD OR GO TO ANY REFUGE- as your children will be stolen first and traumatised further in care.

Because of the secret courts, no one will tell you this until it is too late.

I know children who were raped, tortured, sold for sex while in the Care of the State.

John, you are right, LA are afraid to admit they got it wrong.

We would have more respect for them if they admit it.

I think it is not necessarily that they are afraid to admit they are wrong. They are on an insane power trip. They don't admit they are wrong, because they don't think they are wrong. It's kind of like a sociopath who won't admit they are wrong. They don't believe they are wrong, so why would they admit it.

Looked After children are supposed to taken care of, but that is not the case.

As children coming out of care say.

Care is the one place where you can legally abuse a child and get paid for it.

Complain to Ofsted and they do nothing.

There are many children in care who are there without care orders- which is unlawful- but Local Authorities are a law onto themselves.

Thousands of mothers are having to become refugees in other countries to keep children safe.
