If I had to guess,it'll probably be re-directed to a private government established account. Or maybe a few accounts,because that is a helluva lot of money to be freezing,especially when it's unclear how long he'll be freezing the money. I honestly would worry more for these people's wellbeing if they had average salaries of 25-35,000 though.

Not going anywhere, that money is your and my tax money from years ago. It's been in the national reserve. They say they need to tighten THEIR budget when it's OUR money. They released that 7billion or what ever emergency money to save the failing credit companies and some of those clowns got bonuses? From the emergency cash? I lost my freaking job (layoff) after the economy crash, directly impacted was my job. Fuck the old administration, i want to see Bush in jail for his war and money crimes!
