You should've fully drawn her head instead of that long bang as it interrupts the symmetry of the face, also her two front teeth shouldn't be as prominent over her bottom lip.
Otherwise outstanding piece of work, maybe a do-over?

i think it is hard to make a caricature of her because it all looks pretty balanced, no extremely big/small/awkward parts, simply a nice face
and nice music ^^ it reminds me on "suteki da ne" from final fantasy X soundtrack. is she the same singer?

don't see the resemblance, the prominent features seems to be the hair strand, the earring
the head band.
