Using Napalm, Blackbird then Dogs, its probably the best for score per minute, and can be used to hold back spawns, protect flags, you get to keep running around and capture flags.

1. you cant destroy your own chopper gunner either can you?

2. most likely each enemy team member will die while you have the chopper or you will kill them so they will spawn again as you said yourself outside. so you can spawn rape them this time faster

3. outside dogs are screwed so it does depend on the map which is why i wish there could be sets of different killstreaks like classes.
