Truly beautiful. The song is mesmerizing as it is, and a piano transcription fits in just right.

But, IMHO, you should watch out for the tempo, which is somewhat irregular (the start is way too slow, 0:50 is way too fast, for instance). Still IMHO: even if it was intended, expression trough andamento changes detracts from this piece's quality, as the slow - and constant - tempo helps building the maniac and haunting atmosphere, just as a wolf patiently waiting for someone to open the door...
