@momabooi Only ability that needs transform is currently shockwave, and it's not that good. And if you lag because you use transform, you REALLY need a new computer. I'm running maplestory on all sorts of old computers that are bad, and I don't lag on small things like that (only in places like FM with loads of people).

@BeholdTruthsSecretTV They are weak too because they cap at 120. You have either HP washed, wear health items.. Or marauders just have more health than thunder strikers. My 168 bishop only has like 2500 health, but have magic guard of course.. Thunder Breaker has the shark wave thingy though, which is their "Dragon Strike". Dragon Strike hits for more, I'm sure, but is slower too.

@BeholdTruthsSecretTV I have tried Dragon Strike and it is not nearly as fast as the Shark Wave, unless it has been changed. And thunder breakers are in no way better than an actuall Pirate, because at 140, thunder breaker has been beaten in damage by the maurauder/brawler/can't remember the name of it.. I havent played maple in soo long. If someone plans on playing long, getting a boss-run guild and such, they should absolutely go for the maurauder over the thunder breaker.
@Phil3477 If the Big Bang patch is that kMS thing where they changed all of maple story as we know it, no wonder you have larger numbers than I do here. Numbers made in this video is pretty extreme, especially with my shitty equipments.

@crappywarmoviesinc I had about 65dex base, adding up to about 100 so that I could wear a lvl100 knuckler. I only had a 6att wg, my shit was 100% scrolled, the knuckler was clean and under average attack, and at lvl100 I can one-shott everything with Barrage. Good luck! :D
so sad....my lv 100 TB got hacked....i quit maple...except i had so much potential...from flash fist to max barrage.....i could've soloed pianus...i could've soloed Bigfoot, or male boss, or idk, something else big that i never thought about soloing because it's so strong....
@supersmashgopher Aww I'm sorry to hear.. I soloed pianus once actually. Used an apple, and yeah.. my highest hit was 100k on one number, so it was something like 30k 30k 50k 80k 90k 100k. Was too awesome.
@MapleHue I need you help pal. I sold my bishop and white knight to friends and got a lot NX, I mean a lot so I can use them on my cygnus knight account. haven;t made it yet, i'm planing to though. I'm trying to make the perfect cygnus knight because their so cool, however I really need your help on deciding which cygnus knight does the most dammage per second or per minute at level 120. planning to play a cygnus account for long time. thanks
@Songspoint If you are looking to play a Cygnus Knight as your end-game play, and you wish to take down zakum and such, you do of course want the most damage per second(dps). If you get perfect equipment later on, a Striker might be what you are looking for. Why? Because I used crap equipment, and did over 250k damage on a single barrage using an Onyx Apple. You get speed infusion for your party, speedboost for yourself, so you barrage every 3-4 seconds. Hope this helps!

@Phil3477 If you mean leveling, eMS usually have 8x exp so =P But yeah, the other versions get more content faster, but are very lagy. At least when I tried GMS I laged alot while trying to pick up coins and items from the ground.
@Lyroth At lvl1-120? Definitely. But later, at lvl140 infighter beats striker easily. I know you get either power infusion or barrage at lvl100... But I'm not sure which one comes at 100. If you are looking for a long play-time, chose infighter. Infighter is also way cooler than striker when you get 4th job.
I really want to level my Striker again, but I got so demoralized from the low damage and 0 ranged attacks, I mean you get hit all the time, but after seeing this and some other vids, I want one again. What got me into it, was the quick punches and kics, it's like a Monk in RO if you've ever played that.

@NerdyNoobyGuy Of course your damage is low at lvl16. Level out your backflipkick to 20, and use it. At lvl30, get 1 in that punch which you can load ( dont remember the name). If you use it + backflip over and over, you will not use potions (only mana) because you are using invisible frames. Use 12att pots from NLC, get an attackscrolled work glove. Don't think, just play, and you will be leveling faster.
@TheMrJaven ^^ Cool. It's just one of the Knights of Cygnus anyway.. It will give you 6att (if it's lv60) to your Aran if it's your highest level of adventurers/legendaries at least!

Ah nice:) The accuracy you need to hit lvl100 monsters at lvl99 is 139 I think. Then lv110 monsters at lv109, still 139 accuracy. You can get an accuracy calculator if you google it, it's really useful ;)

That totally depends on the server you are playing. But a 5att wg shouldn't be very expensive as it consists of 5 100% Gloves for att. A 4 att wg is 2x60% and 3 fails, which will be worth almost nothing.
Well I'm not, I hit 100+ max with straight): I'm already having a 10dex suana, my total dex is 53. I'm playing on a world where I have nothing so I only.have 2mil atm
Oh why that is wierd... I don't think you should add more dex in awhile thought. When I think about it, I think you might have too much dex. Try get a 2-5att wg to boost a little.. Or merchant with it. Buy low, sell high. You can google it for a guide.
Hey I'm a level 30 striker atm but I've been hitting 1-50dmg..my base dex is 40 and str 140! Do you know what is the problem?.btw what is your dex and str?
1-50? You should be hitting at least 200-600 with your summersaultkick if I remember right.. It's been a long time ago I played on it, but I believe it has 120 dex(with dexequip) and about 650 str (with equip). You might want to get a 10dex sauna, a bether weapon and an attack wg with 5-8 att depending on how deep your pockets are.
The reason for this, is so that the movie can be in good quality, viewing closer parts of the character instead of the viewer seeing everything around. Thanks for your opinion, thought!
Well, you shouldn't need to worry about that as I think it won't take much time to level it? I just leveled a fire poison mage to lvl100 in a week.. lvl35 or so in the first day. But I think it changes every 5 or 10 levels.. Not sure thought :)

@jevve12318 I left out some 3rd job skills (transform and shockwave) and maxed 2nd job booster during 3rd job. I only did lvl11 booster at 2nd job, then later in the 3rd job I made it lvl20. You should max Speed Infusion :)

Yes, you can be a dexless Striker, but this was just a character I made to lvl120 for the 24magic boost on my Priest, so I didn't want to spent 100s of millions on dexequip for it.
I really never play on my Striker unless it's someone who want me to show him or her the skills it has. Thank you for 5 stars :) In lvl80, you can start training on Vikings in ludibrium if you got enough accuracy (use acc pot) If you can't hit those, go to Wolf Spiders and stay there until lvl90+. From lvl90-120 can you actually train on Vikings with a party,or solo Gig Vikings. Lvl100, barrage<3
I think I forgot or didn't know how to when I started xD And I also wanted 120 as fast as possible, as I really just trained this character to get a boost of 24 magic on my Priest (blessing of fairy I think it is called)
I don't know what the skill sunburst is, but if you care about having as much HP as possible, you should max HP thingy first, thought it's going to be slow training. I didnt, thought, but after HP thingy, get lvl5 Knuckle Mastery, and then lvl5 speed booster, then max Knuckle Mastery (only if low dex and that you have low accuracy), then go for corkscrew blow or what it's called, then lightning charge, and after that, whatever you want to take.
You should max the HP thing at first, then get knuckle mastery to lvl5, then booster to lvl5, then max knuckle mastery and thereafter you max out Corkscrew blow, then Lightning charge and then you can take booster to lvl11 and max the two last skills :)

Ive made a striker im like level 16 with it :3 lol
and the damage is REALLY low any advice ?
or is this just how it job starts and at the 2nd/3rd job it gets alot stronger???

@NerdyNoobyGuy Of course your damage is low at lvl16. Level out your backflipkick to 20, and use it. At lvl30, get 1 in that punch which you can load ( dont remember the name). If you use it + backflip over and over, you will not use potions (only mana) because you are using invisible frames. Use 12att pots from NLC, get an attackscrolled work glove. Don't think, just play, and you will be leveling faster.

@TheMrJaven ^^ Cool. It's just one of the Knights of Cygnus anyway.. It will give you 6att (if it's lv60) to your Aran if it's your highest level of adventurers/legendaries at least!

Ah nice:) The accuracy you need to hit lvl100 monsters at lvl99 is 139 I think. Then lv110 monsters at lv109, still 139 accuracy. You can get an accuracy calculator if you google it, it's really useful ;)

Ah that should be good. I think I can buy those glove atk scrolls for 75k from the npc right. Level 35 now. I'm maxing knuckle mastery atm then CSB.

Ahh okay that should be the problem. Atleast I don't need to hunt myself atm due to MC so I can leech for a while! You have any idea how much 2-5 wg cost?

That totally depends on the server you are playing. But a 5att wg shouldn't be very expensive as it consists of 5 100% Gloves for att. A 4 att wg is 2x60% and 3 fails, which will be worth almost nothing.

Well I'm not, I hit 100+ max with straight): I'm already having a 10dex suana, my total dex is 53. I'm playing on a world where I have nothing so I only.have 2mil atm

Oh why that is wierd... I don't think you should add more dex in awhile thought. When I think about it, I think you might have too much dex. Try get a 2-5att wg to boost a little.. Or merchant with it. Buy low, sell high. You can google it for a guide.

Hey I'm a level 30 striker atm but I've been hitting 1-50dmg..my base dex is 40 and str 140! Do you know what is the problem?.btw what is your dex and str?

1-50? You should be hitting at least 200-600 with your summersaultkick if I remember right.. It's been a long time ago I played on it, but I believe it has 120 dex(with dexequip) and about 650 str (with equip). You might want to get a 10dex sauna, a bether weapon and an attack wg with 5-8 att depending on how deep your pockets are.

If you for example use the Shark, the sparkskill will make all the enemys behind the first one get a 2nd hit.

Well, you shouldn't need to worry about that as I think it won't take much time to level it? I just leveled a fire poison mage to lvl100 in a week.. lvl35 or so in the first day. But I think it changes every 5 or 10 levels.. Not sure thought :)

now i made my striker come to lvl 120 :D
the dmg is not with apples i got the same x) ~
and i also testet with an apple my gf giftet it me for a fast papu run the dmg per hit gone over 250 k and the last over 110 k x)
it was just crazy but the best thing on the strikers is that you can play them without getting a dmg :D
but i think you dont play your striker cause of horntail update :/

Wow! That's awesome<3 Yeah, the damage is superawesome, even without the good equips. I had sucks equips, only a 73att lvl100 knuckler XD And 6att wg^^
I don't play it no longer because it's lvl120, so I'm finished with it. And......
About the music, I don't want to change it because the song I had chose is the only one fitting to it. But I might take it into consideration. ;)

hey, in the 3rd job do I gona max Speed infusion? but then i need max boost , but you say you only got 11 at boost? or should i take on Speed infusion

@jevve12318 I left out some 3rd job skills (transform and shockwave) and maxed 2nd job booster during 3rd job. I only did lvl11 booster at 2nd job, then later in the 3rd job I made it lvl20. You should max Speed Infusion :)

@xV13TxB01x And..? It was an event, 1 arrow give 30 exp 2 arrow gives 200 exp and 3 arrows gave 500 exp. It was a lootable thingy, and it was an event. So what did you think it was, sir?

Yes, you can be a dexless Striker, but this was just a character I made to lvl120 for the 24magic boost on my Priest, so I didn't want to spent 100s of millions on dexequip for it.

I really never play on my Striker unless it's someone who want me to show him or her the skills it has. Thank you for 5 stars :) In lvl80, you can start training on Vikings in ludibrium if you got enough accuracy (use acc pot) If you can't hit those, go to Wolf Spiders and stay there until lvl90+. From lvl90-120 can you actually train on Vikings with a party,or solo Gig Vikings. Lvl100, barrage<3

I think I forgot or didn't know how to when I started xD And I also wanted 120 as fast as possible, as I really just trained this character to get a boost of 24 magic on my Priest (blessing of fairy I think it is called)

I like sunburst and since im lvl 34 i should max hp then kuncke the 1 in mastery and then cork then energy then sun burst and last is the last skill

I don't know what the skill sunburst is, but if you care about having as much HP as possible, you should max HP thingy first, thought it's going to be slow training. I didnt, thought, but after HP thingy, get lvl5 Knuckle Mastery, and then lvl5 speed booster, then max Knuckle Mastery (only if low dex and that you have low accuracy), then go for corkscrew blow or what it's called, then lightning charge, and after that, whatever you want to take.

You should max the HP thing at first, then get knuckle mastery to lvl5, then booster to lvl5, then max knuckle mastery and thereafter you max out Corkscrew blow, then Lightning charge and then you can take booster to lvl11 and max the two last skills :)
