Last I heard all these (or most) have been scrapped and she started from scratch with new collaborators. I'm glad, b/c though I like these songs they are even less commercially accessible than Sweetheart, and this is sort of Clove's last chance to do this. One album- forgivable, but two and she'll be totally written off. (Don't get me wrong- I LOVE Sweetheart, but it tanked.)

What Courtney needs is an updated beat, not 'going back to her roots'. She might like this music and it might be heartfelt but I think her fans and the general public want a more marketable 'Celebrity Skin' concept or even going back to her first album, a song like 'Violet'. Something that has that anger, and range but is also entertaining to listen to and fun. Key word FUN. This isn't FUN. This record needs a complete haul over.

what I like about what I've heard from these new songs is that this is possibly the most honest, heartfelt things that Courtney has ever had to say. Although, i think the music is lacking a little bit. Its just not my style. but it is so heartfelt, it still has a great emotional impact on me.
