its alot easier to type shutdown -s -t 30 -c "message" just in the screen when you make the shortcut...it does exactly the same thing and you can change the icon in properties to make it look look another program

just open the win text editor,

write:

cd\

cd Windows

cd system32

shutdown.exe -s

exit

and save it as shutdown.bat on your desktop!
