  • hello there, I followed all the steps but when I try to paint over the sky after creating the layer mask my brush tool paints the sky pink ( or a reddish color ), I selected black as my foreground color...what is going on ??

  • Big thanks for this Tutorial. I have been in Chichester Cathedral and I took to pictures of the same stain windows indoors and didn't have a clue how to blend them together. Now I ve got skills and I know already how to do it Once again big thanks and Im sending greetings from Bognor Regis Camera Club :-)

that auto align feature looks brilliant, i yet have to use it :)

  • Great tip!

  • okay i got it to work. thanks for the video. i just don't know how to use photoshop very well and it's hard for me to follow quick clicks in photoshop because i'm unfamiliar with the tools and where to find them. i'm so glad i finally learned how to this - i can't wait to photograph some landscapes now. thanks again for the vid.

  • great video - but why don't you bother with how to select add layer mask (and those very important couple of clicks afterwards) - I can't get your tutorial to work because I don't know what to select.

  • i've learned so much from you sir!!! You are a very inspiring person.

-from your fan all the way from the Philippines

  • nice tutorial! it's very helpful for me. thx

  • Great tutorial!!! Thanks - very helpful for someone moving from slide film to digital!

  • Gavin, you are so good that in some of your tutorials I have clicked on the 5-star rating even before watching to the end.

  • Gavin it's interesting to point out the reflection in the water perfectly mirrors what the final result is. Making it much more convincing. Great stuff love your videos.

  • You are brilliant !

  • Master Gavin,

Another excellent tutorial. One question; Can the same tool be use to stick a panoram. I have several shot taken on a tripod in portrait and need to stick. Trying to figure this out.

  • Yes it can, but the Photomerge function is far better.

  • Totally random point: this canuck has been to Bath since we have reli's there... never got to this spot tho!

As always, excellent tutorial and of course something brand new for me to practice. What would I do without you?

  • this is the simpliest way posible to obtain "HDR", but losing all the controle of an HDR image, I recommand to use the "merge to HDR" in photoshop for maximum control.

  • That Auto Align feature is really cool there has been a few times where i turn down the opacity to try to get 2 images to line up perfect and it took forever lol

  • I use enfuse, or photomatix exposure blend, it does the same thing in seconds with less to no ghosting.

  • Thank you very much for the quick tips! it really helps a lot!

  • great job

  • i efing love ur fideos
