TO be fair, WoW is the best game out there. (For thoese who say that its not....IT SO IS! xD) I dont play it..because i dont wanna use money for eny game. I am waiting on this game, and if they make a cash shop that can make you stronger in enyway like runes etc i will quit.

Most probably I would take it initially, but I think I would get sick pretty soon. For me, it's not the money that keeps me from playing such games, it's time, I simply don't find time. Nowadays I only play GW to talk to the guild, not actually playing the game so much. But that's just me alright, I suppose there's lots of people who would still like to play free WoW if they had the opportunity.

I did it because game is done. And this time i wont go back. Gw2 is my new home as it seems.

But the grind and wait time ect in WoW has and is killing the game for me and all my friends.. Hence we have all stopped playing and are waiting for GW2.

@TheBlackwater200 Played WoW and now I'm tired of it. Even if they gave me free play for life and decked all my characters out in the best gear I wouldn't play. It's repetitive play style has burned me out and don't even get me started on the "Cataclysmic" failure of an expansion WoW just had. If you don't get the joke you should hit yourself. :)

@henke9100 i see your point, but every month that its not realesed it worries me that i will need to buy a new computer to run it. i could run guild wars at highest settings with a bit of lag, Anet said if you could run gw at medium with no lag you could run gw2 at low settings with no lag. although thats just an estimate and will probibly not happen, seeing as how the game is so beutiful and artisinal. Anet said that that estimate isnt very accurate anyway D:

Actually, they do have a point, the game can't actually become that demanding. It's built upon basically an evolved engine of the original GW, they've worked a lot around effects, as well as polishing textures a little bit. But if you lower the resolution/turn off the effects (light/shadows, particle effects etc) the game should basically be the original GW graphic-wise.

You can't go into all houses (ofcourse), but you will be able to get into some of them, compared to the first GW where there's barely not a house that you can go into.

@psypsy751 There will be 4 spells based on profession, 4 on which weapon you carry, one healing spell and one elite skill. How you obtain those, I don't know, but I think I read something about that you don't buy as much skills as in the prequels. But I'm not 100%.

For me, however I would buy it even if you couldn't but as well, a game from 2010 shouldn't run on a railroad, so guess that's needed.

@Miknorway , druids and rogues can sprint. Mages have two dash's worked into their talent trees. There's the 100% speed buff you get in battlegrounds. Priest's have it worked into their bubble and Engineer's have items that also permit speed bursts. If you got past level 4 you would know these things.

Also, I wasn't expecting to leap over walls, but jumping adds an extra dimension to the game. Play FFXI, where you have to run halfway across the map because a six inch tall railing keeps you from reaching a cave you need to get into, then come talk to me. :p
