Well it'd only make sense to combine the two, as they are like foreplay/long time only the hellion/evil eye, respectively. It dosent even have a fade in/out transition! It would sound horrible.

Forgive my ignorance, but why is this called "Hellion & Electric Eye"? It was just "Electric Eye" in Guitar Hero '80's Edition.

Because on the CD, there is a 40 second intro track called "The Hellion". They combined it into the next song, so it's technically both.
