Well this is actually the PS1 version that he's playing. I think he said in another video that he edits the saves out. But great job Louis on this level, I guess you are not the type that gets scared when playing this frightening games especially this scary level, lol. And that bird, OMG, thank goodness I finished this game, lol.

And that huge chasm with the ice ladder before you slide in the final chamber, I think there's another medipack at the bottom. Not 100% on that one though.

I think you forgot a few pickups. They're not important but hey. When you pour the lava on the ice there's a medipack or somethign where the tigers come from (in a pool over a ledge)

yeah you're right, where the tigers come from, its towards the left, you climb the ledge and there's a pool of water with a medipack there.
