It's nice to see him doing better than at olympics. But, honestly, why was he marked lower than Chan?? Why is Chan so consistently loved by the judges?? I have nothing against Chan. It's just, like everybody else, I want to see fair judging, instead of likes or dislikes or politics which seem to prevail so blatantly nowdays. It's not fair to the skaters who are working their guts out everyday and not fair to the sport itself. The sport is getting less and less respectable in the eyes of many.

For the same reason that Russian fans hate Yagudin for winning, they love Pussenko - in other words, people are stupid. The only reason that I don't like Joubert is because he's trying to BE Yags and this program isn't any different.

Beautiful short program! Why do the judges want to see the men skate like the women? Joubert is the only skater, besides Lysacek and Plushenko, who still skates like a man.

I'm japanese so I'm glad Daisuke runked first. But I think Brian should've be first. it seemed that Daiske thought in K&C his score was lower than Brian if Brian succeed 4T-3T.

Because only he made 4T+3T succeed in SP, it is necessary to evaluate it more.

His landing of the 4T + 3T is rough however, with very little flow. The combo was not smooth and his upper body leaned forward. The other top 2 guys had much better executed combo and superior footwork and spins.
