I've been working with photoshop since 1989. I can open this into AI with no problem. If you release the clipping mask you can see all the layers. Mine is set to release by default so I automatically see them. It's a poor combination of vector and bitmapped images. And based on my expertise this is a complete forgery from top to bottom. The question I have is WHY? The answer I believe is to distract America from their ongoing destructive agenda. They are up to something...

Go to Factcheck, go to the 2008 Obama COLB upload page. YOu will see the Official Stamp Signature by Alvin T PH.D is "identical" to the Alvin T PH.D stamp on Obama's Birth certificate. How is that possible, the signature shape, size and form is exactly the same in the demension of the stamp Obviouse copy

The layers only appear in Illustrator not Photoshop. At first I thought like everyone else that the layers meant somebody had created it. But apparently there is some kind of compression technique that puts thing into layers like this.

Even though the layers are not the same as a photoshop artist would use, the document still looks kinda strange. It has this artificial quality to it.

I think he opened the document using Illustrator, not photoshop. Does that make a difference?

Hawaii has digitized their document database, the reason the layers exist is due to the scan import. It is not just like scanning a photo of your kid at the beach. The software attempts to correctly group and select text from the document to be sure that it is a legible scan for the records. The groups and layer are so random and spastic that no one with half a brain and the ability to fake a document like this would do it this way.If they had to fake it, it would have been better than this

open the file in Acrobat, click the drop down arrow next to the search bar. open full acrobat search. search "Hussein" and a message will appear. click ok to run character analysis and it will run the OCR and you can search the document. this shows how an image can be converted into digital layers. Now search "address". zero results, now search "add" and you get 3 results! the same artifact error shown on the layers. DEBUNKED
