Good posts for Truth. The fact is unfortunately EVERYONE including the national media likes to put extreme things on their shows and make them seem like the average belief to get more controversy. There are crazy fundamentalists but there are definitely more people who are religious and have no quarrel with others. If only everyone could just understand the majority is usually very silent until completely bullied. :(

The word "truth" in a religious context has been co-opted and blatantly misused by so many people that it's fast approaching meaninglessness. Also, I'm not sure that non-falsifiability works that way, but at the moment I'm a bit too busy to do the relevant research.

The irony is that the "let me be and i'll let you be" notion comes from the Golden Rule of Christ (and other golden rules and moral laws throughout history), which the fanatical Christians like venomfangX do not adhere to. So in a sense, people like VFX are not true Christians because they do not follow their own moral code.

Well of course if anyone politely asks another person to join their church, sure that's not breaking their moral code. It would be annoying to have the same people show up at your door step at 8AM on a Saturday morning. I would have to say that they are really REALLY pushing it with the intent to force their beliefs on others, even if they aren't hurting anyone. But you're right, it's when these religious people take things to far that they become hippocrites.

Yeah at school today a studen that is in the mana house church came up to to me and invited me and i was like nah no thanks. and there like ok and walked off see i don't mind that it wasn't in the morning or to late at night and when i said no they took that as my answer and didn't wine or bitch becouse of decision. That i don't mind :) if all christians and religious people could just follow that example yes there still would be discrimination but it would be alot better place :)

I may be wrong, however I am fairly sure that is court action has been filed against you in the USA, you will not be able to travel there with out a whole shower of shit coming upon you when you get over there.
