I created the Org too with my sims...although I only have Axel, Xemnas (who are actually a pairing, O_o Did NOT plan that!), Demyx, Zexion, and Saix (Zex and Saix just got married, lol! I at first had Zemyx...then my game refused to play on my Vista laptop anymore -_-") And as for Axel and Demyx, I tried to at least put Axel with Demyx but it broke Xemnas' nonexistent heart and that's when I realized to just let true love stay its course, ^_^ So, they're still together.
