That is correct , if people would walk away from their overpriced home , put their personal belongings in storage rent , keep working then in 2012 they could buy a new home for 1/3 of the cost. The sooner your out the sooner the clock starts ticking , file bankruptcy " like the corporations" in 2 years you will be able to buy again.If you don't then years down the road you wont be able to.And so much for your retirement. You will be working at wall-mart till your 90. :-) ...
