Just finished the questline. The NPC in Shattrath seemed like another player at first until I realized they were the quest objective.

Knew immediately it had to be some kind of memorial/tribute so I looked it up. Like a punch to the gut when I read the story behind it :'(

Just turned in alicia's quest in Shatt, standing in front of Caylee now. The poem is beautiful and the story makes me sad. I read this story and bursted into tears... It's tragic. I wish I could have known him; he sounded like the most wonderful person. I created an image, for his memory-- Of his hunter Caylee, floating as an angel above the city of Shattrath in-game. I know it's not much, in fact almost nothing... Whenever I pass Caylee in Shatt, I always stop before her and kneel and pray before giving her a salute and wandering on. I never met Dak, but I still feel I owe his character that little bit I can give.
