  • i would be having a heart attack

  • That was a stupid video. I have seen so much more exciting videos than that, including this one video called "tornado videos". That is a good video man, AWSOME!!!!!!

  • Research says that the UK has the most tornadoes per square mile in the world. The only thing is is that they're so tiny, you hardly notice them or hear of them.

I am definitely going to travel to America at some point in my life and go with a professional storm chasing team.

These tornadoes are fantastic! Such power!

  • The UK has the most tornadoes per square mile of any country. I still think Oklahoma beats it. But due to the huge land area of the U.S., which includes the enormous state of Alaska, the ratio of Tornadoes is greatly reduced.

  • @dragonridley Very well stated. I saw where a Texan was boasting that his state gets the most tornadoes which is true. But Oklahoma is only a fifth the size of Texas and averages almost half of what Texas gets per year. Texas is 110 and Oklahoma is 53 on yearly average. Kansas is around 47 if I remember right. Wouldn't be surprized if it went up a tick after that 2008 season. They had a rediculous record of 187 tornadoes that year. Might be 189, whatever it is, that is a lot.

  • nice toe

  • i know i love tornadoes but i found one forming near me i would have wet my self and ran for it lol

  • my birtday is may 10th too...

  • if i was u i would be goin by now

  • may 10 is 5 days after my birthday

  • thats a good tornado it looks like a F-4

  • You can't tell strength by appearance

  • I suppose your right with your previous statement of tornadoes per square mile now I come to think of it that way.

I know you can't tell the strength of a Tornado by its appearance; it's just that the US tend to have big impressive thunderstorms and tornadoes. Visually; I think they're amazing! I'd love to see one.

  • I live in Pennsylvania myself. We get tornado warnings on occasion but I've only actually seen one funnel cloud. I know there was a pretty bad outbreak in my area about 25 years ago that included an F5. I wasn't born yet though.

  • Holy crap dude your nuts. If that Happened to me I would get in my car and drive far away from it. lol

  • that would be terrifying to drive by..

  • THAT CLOUD IS HUGEEEEEEEE!

  • r u guys fuckin crazy lol

  • Nice. it is nice how it shows how those twisterrs form

  • I live in Nebraska...more tornado country... and I've never seen a tornado because I stay in my BASEMENT like I'm SUPPOSED to during storms! Through my grade school career I had six classmates who lost their homes to tornadoes. Sure they look cool, but don't take for granted how destructive these storms are!

  • i live in nebraska too!!! ashame that a tornado touched down on that wednesday in the middle of Lincoln and about 5 funnel clouds came over my house, and my bro had a baseball game, the tornado sirens were going off and they wouldn't stop the game at all, i mean off and on heavy rain at valpraso which is kinda weird to see

  • i can`t belive that the peoples are passing by and doesn`t care:O

    omg

  • ok that is a little stupid. your not supposed to sit in front of a tornadoe till u get sucked up im sry but dude thats like suciside

  • OK and TX dont have shit on the stuff we see in KS

  • ONG so cool

  • ass

  • that look like a cone

  • 0_0

  • thats pretty scary but really cool

  • i was in a ornado once, luckily, it went on our street, but passed us right up.

  • i love tornado!!!

    maybe this one its a f2? not a f3

  • It happened over rural Elbert county. No damage resulted, therefore F0 to F1 damage occurred.

  • yea, it wasn't that big, it was a baby compared to what we get in TX and OK.

  • Size never matters when it comes to tornadoes. The majority of F5 tornadoes are 1/8 to 1/3 of a mile wide, and some are as small as 25-30 yds. I'm not saying that there aren't mile-wide F5 tornadoes, but often a tornado's bark is bigger than it's bite.

  • I am so f****n scared of tornadoes

    they shouldn't even be alive!

  • If nature wasn't alive no one would be alive.

  • i know every time there is a storm i freak out.

  • I was hit by this tornado...

It was fu***n scary and it got much bigger than that... =(

  • ouch D= bloody hell

    how much bigger ??

i want to chase tornadoes someday =)

  • I got about 3x bigger and trust me if u were involved in that u would never want to see a tornado again!!!

some people died and I was suppose to be on a holiday! =I

  • how do you all live with it? if i seen it myself, i believe i will wet my pants :|

  • a im from Arkansas

  • I70 gets so many tornadoes around it... My dad always says that it's alway raining somewhere along-side it... That's a really pretty one!

  • people are just drivivg like nothing is happening.

  • My Grandparents are from Arkansas. My grandmother said that she was small, she and her sisters and brothers would be outside playing and see a tornado in the distance and just point to it and go, "Yep, there goes another one of them 'twisters' again". Like it was nothin'.....It's SCARY to me.

  • I live not too far from Deer Trail - What a storm... Calhan got 5.7 mil in hail damage, Ramah nearly got dozed by a similar twistr, Limon saw several nearby, like this one. '04 was an active tornado year in Eastern Colorado indeed!

  • my husband plays outside when one's coming

  • He says it's a beauty!! Ha, it's HORRIBLE!! It's UGLY!! IT'S THE FINGER OF DEATH!! A beauty. Sheece, yeah, right. Nothing sucks more than a tornado. Nada. Nilcho. Namba!

  • How is it ugly? It is a beautiful natural disaster. Come on, you have to admit it really does look cool. It's not out to get you, it's nature's way of balancing the earth. Oh, and a flood would 'suck' more. <_<

  • Beautiful natural disaster? That's an oxymoron. Imagine if you will the reasoning of a Native American centuries ago. He knows that a warm, breezy, sunshiney day is a positive expression of The Gods, a good thing to be enjoyed. On another day he witnesses a BOILING, ROTATING, OMINOUS BLACK CLOUD WITH A SINUOUS, WRITHING ENTITY EMERGING BENEATH approach and destroy his life. Is Nature really so objective?

  • A disaster, as you put it, is BAD event. The tornado is indeed fascinating. But not beautiful. Rock on dude.

  • when there was a tornado watch i just started to cry

  • i would be like aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

  • I wonder if the people passing by saw it.

    i wouldve crapped.

  • Tornadoes are so cool

  • really good footage. I would be freaked out a bit but you had a very safe distance right? I have Tornadoes Nature's Fury on vhs.

  • Did anyone see the two flying objects in the 24th second?

  • Yes. Those are called bugs. And/Or birds.

  • i want to see a tornado up close!!! i will send it to youtube.....if i ever see one....and live...! lol= laugh out loud.

  • i would cry if i saw a tornado! these people are BRAVE! i love to watch them on tv and stuff but never havin 1 in my face like that!

  • I'd would love to see a tornado, the whole thing is just raw power

  • no u wouldnt i use to live down south and when u heard tornado u where wondering if thats it it touchs me im dead

  • That tornado grew extremely fast.

  • wow i live inn colorado all my life near there and i never have seen a tornado (i wish i had) there pretty cool

  • Awsome Video! I live in colorado, it's amazing how you guys do this, I wish you luck in the future! THIS ROCKS!!!

  • Beautiful, you were very well placed!

  • LOVE IT!!!! Beautiful tornado!

  • There is something a little off when you hear someone raving about how "fantastic" a tornado is when you realize there are people who are losing everything, maybe even their lives, at the same time. Thankfully this tornado seems to be out in the open. I have no tolerance for people who go on storm chasing vacations, where they actually pay to go out in a group and look for tornados and cheer when they find one. Try living in tornado alley for six months.

  • Try living in tornado alley for 17 years...

  • damn idiot! dont you see the other ppl runnin away?! get the hell out of there

  • Damn! I lived in Colorado from 1982-1992 (Littleton, Ft. Collins and Denver close to Aurora) and I never did get to see a tornado. We lived in a place called Green Valley Ranch that was definitely in Eastern CO, perfect place for tornadoes but I never got to see one. I miss COLORADO!!

  • yo0o0o0o them cars were flying!!!

  • nice

  • sweeeeeeeeeeeeet

  • sweet?? sorry, but were you watching this video or something else :)

  • i live in colorado and i remember that day

  • Classic twister. 5 stars.

  • its so tempting to just run right into it!

  • dam i use to go to denver co. and ive never seen a god dam twister i really want to see one cuz in mexico we dont hav tornadoes we only got rain -_-"

  • To tornadoes going anticlockwise and the tornado is growing in a natural rate. It's a real tornado. But look EXTREMELY CLOSELY, and it didn't trully touch the ground. Although it wouldn't make any difference to it's deadlyness though.

  • No way is that a fake. That is magnificent development it goes through once it touches down. From a needle to a stovepipe. Impressive.

  • ...

I think it's real, personally. Actually, I know it's real. I remember watching the news and hearing about this. I heard that it was just 5 tornadoes, but I could be wrong!

  • wow. It's realy big and beautiful. As if a bride.

Tornados is unavailable on my country. (Turkey)

  • that isnt fake its real

  • Fake or Real? I'm not understand :(

  • It is definitely real....Very real.

It was probably located somewhere between the Central and Southern Plains of the U.S.

The voice you hear on the video, comes from a weather radio frequency.

  • AWESOME formation! 5 stars

  • this video it's very cool... but i don't speak english very well...so i write my comment in my language...if somebody understand...great!!! mi piacciono i tornado ma sl vederli quando nn ci sn io in mezzo...sarebbe terribile...morirei di paura!!! ok...by!!!! babi

  • Ah, classic cone formation...awesome stuff.

  • HOW DID U SAY GUYZ THAT IT'S FKE??

  • its fake and cars could drive that far when a torndanado is that far way

  • its fake

  • 53 seconds wasn't long enough. I wanted to see it waltzing on the prairie. Great to see though.

  • That was the most beautifully shaped tornado i've ever seen. How cool would it be to be driving in the highway while this is going on this the background like all those cars that drove by?

  • Awesome. It developed so fast!

  • I've been outside during a tornado, well for the beginning of it anyway

it's very awe inspiring as well as scary

  • well i live in minnesota and we get a lot of shit like that but alot worse even tho mn is not part of tornado alley

  • im not afraid of this storm i mean come on if u die god says u die its what god says is what goes

  • free movies on demand blah blah blah its comcastic

  • Tornados interest me quite a bit for some reason.

    Cool video.

I would never just sit there though.

    :/
