I have two 16kgs, and two 24kgs.... I tried this with the 16kgs and ended up throwing them through the plasterboard drywall.. oops. I need more practice before stepping up. Obviously.
@mr5litre304 Hey mate you need to work your way up to snatches before trying them, I recommend one handed swings, then cleans, then high pulls. Only try snatches when you're proficient with high pulls.
genetically blessed or not he was not born like this theres no doubt he had to put in alot of hours of hard work. there is no shortcuts or quick fixes for these types of results you just need to be dedicated and have balls

Look genetics sure are important but not all.
@psolarhidi haha you totally contradicted yourself. pretty sure this guy was not some skinny weed before training. im sure training has helped his physique but definitely didnt build him up to this without genetics.
