  • how many should you do of each? like how many squats etc.

  • @personalities9 : Thanks! I will not be discouraged. I train for a living and that was 8 weeks after giving birth when most people are still on the couch eating bon bons. I know this and know that there will always be those who criticize (especially behind the safety of their computers...lol). The upper body is supported and much smaller now. I'll have to post a recent training vid when I have the time. The little guy and the business are taking up my time. I'll get back to making vids.

I cracked up when you said (esp. the one behind the safety of their computers) mmm... something to think about. Well, good luck with making the videos. I've been thinking about making one myself, but I not really where I want to be. Do you have any suggestions? Can you tell me how to get started? Is there a telephone number that you can call to get help?

  • @baroquexx its called the lamens effect. you have to keep changing your excerises or else your body will get used to it, it will get easier to do and you wont burn as much calories. constantly changing it up will keep your body constantly keeping your metabolism up so itll burn as much calories the more you excerise,
