No. The gold shovel does NOT give you more. It gives a less chance of actually getting money out of the money rock. The silver shovel gives you a 10% increase in your chance of finding the money rock. The gold shovel only plants money trees.

Where was that mentioned? And I don't think the gold shovel gives you LESS of a chance? It's always 8,100 bells if you get them all, provided you don't get boosts form the silver shovel.

Well your right, but I was trying to say that the golden shovel just gives you the same chance of getting money out of rocks that the regular one does.

I never said that you get an increase in bells.

I said you get a higher change of actually getting money out of rocks by using a silver shovel. Google it. lol
