Sounds Great! I have a 2008 FXSTC with injection and Python slipfit mufflers but it doesn`t sound as good as bikes with carbs and straight through pipes. My first Harley, a 1991 FXRS, sounded so much meaner. Sadly, a collision with a truck wrecked it. Still, I have really enjoyed the various twin cam Wide Glides I have owned and I love the Softail. It is light and agile in traffic and handles almost as well as my old Triumph Bonneville.
No Sir. this one was bought brand new and 06 was the last year for carburetor in the softail ..but you could get it in fuel injection also i believe....
got an 06 standard FI and I love it more than some family members. yours is sweet too sounds awsome

cool bike i lh ave a 07 with fuel injection you cant get it to idol like you can with a carb i like the pipes nice and loud
