@MrFWDSeagrave Thank you, now that you mention the snorkles, I remember seeing the 1971 Snorkle when it was serving as ladder 5 pull out of it's station using an electronic siren lol
@MrFWDSeagrave do you if the PFD 82' seagrave rearmounts had Q's or PA electronic series like the Seagrave pumps? Does the quint have an electronic siren?
@stefg213 Yes this is a reserve pumper. It is Engine 219 because it is a spare engine housed with Engine 19. It was serving as Engine 28 in this video.
Yes i knew that, didn't know if you knew that, hence my previous comment. Didn't mean to sound like an ass, the title of the video doesn't make it clear
@stefg213 That's fine. I figured you didn't mean to and you didn't. I wasn't sure if you knew by the way the comment was worded is all my comment was about.
Philadelphia Fire Department requires high school diploma and civil service test for consideration. After that it is on to the Acadamy and full training.
That thing sounds BADASS!! Just like one of the older engines in my town!

@Mustang5Speed I believe the 82 rearmounts had Q's. Not sure about the quint, I've only ever seen it twice.

What kind of siren is that? (Thats definatly not the Q or EQ) I've heard several 90's seagrave using them. Do all of the 90s seagrave have them?
Mustang5Speed 2 years ago
Yes, all of the 90 Seagrave's have them. Not sure what kind of siren it is.
