There is no such thing as engine 219, that was a reserve pumper, the original must've been OOS at the shop

@stefg213 Yes this is a reserve pumper. It is Engine 219 because it is a spare engine housed with Engine 19. It was serving as Engine 28 in this video.

What kind of siren is that? (Thats definatly not the Q or EQ) I've heard several 90's seagrave using them. Do all of the 90s seagrave have them?

Yes, all of the 90 Seagrave's have them. Not sure what kind of siren it is.
