hydrolic washing part. i though it was illegal no matter where you are, near a water supply or not. not trying to be rude, just want to know the laws. congrats on a mining operation that large.

This is a legal operation. It uses a captive pond of water and doesn't return dirty water to the river. That's the difference. Because of that the entire operation is very very small scale. But it's very fun!!!! Just ask Mad Dog!
