Thanks for making these videos. As an active duty member, I too find it insightful as how to better my gameplay. Funny how I can shoot marksman on the real range, yet get lit up on this game. Kind of like being able to play guitar, but suck at guitar hero.

All ramblings aside, thanks for the tips. I look forward to applying some of these techniques.

What perks you run in TDM/Kill Confirmed....I usually run Blind Eye/Assassin/Site Rep (pro Versions)...with my Striker I'll run Sleight of Hand because it takes so many shells to reload.... Strike Packages vary.... 1/2 support ( Advanced Uav, Bomber, EMP) and other 1/2 is Assault ( Care Package,Attack Chopper, and Strafe Run/Reaper)

@Gravity81688 The bit at 2:40 was probably just because the other guy had an assault rifle. SMG's don't have as high bullet penetration so the p90 probably just can't shoot through that wall while an assault rifle can. Then again it could just be lag like you say.

In any case, I'm liking these vids. It's good to see a commentator talk about what's going through their mind while they're playing rather than just random shit. Keep up the good work.

Your tactic at 1:30 is quite good. Let the enemy see you, and then retreat around a corner. 95% of the time, the player will chase. So as soon as I retreat around a corner, I immediately drop prone and wait for him to come over, getting an easy kill.

You can also surprise him by running back around the corner and getting him easy. This tactic works pretty amazingly with shotguns, but works for any class.

@Masther23AA Honestly, I hate SnD because it's infinitely worse than TDM when it comes to how people play. I have had the most horrible CoD experiences ever mainly in SnD. I might give it a go, but there's so many ways to get screwed and just sitting there afterwards isn't how I like to spend my limited time.

Lag compensation doesn't affect you if you have a bad connection- it only affects those with a really good one. The whole point of lag compensation is to try to level the playing field between good and bad connections so that connection would be as small of a factor as possible. Great vid btw

fuck the UMP? lol it was 10x better than the p90 in MW2 so you really can't say anything bad about it. The p90 is better than the UMP in MW3 though

@Exiras It's not about whether the weapon is better. The UMP was downright overpowered in MW2, everyone knew this. Any retard could do well with it. Akimbo FMG9s outclass ALL SMGs in MW3 and every other dumbass has them equipped. Why do you think they're laying on the ground all over the place?

@Gravity81688 The UMP was hardly over powered in MW2 it was an all around good performer having great range capabilities and decent damage but it was by no means over powered (cough cough atleast it had recoil without a silencer cough cough pp90). I feel like people jump to conclusions to soon on what is "overpowered". Yes the akimbo FMGs are heading that way but the way you incorporate your army tactics into the game I doubt they're an issue for you. I worry about our opinion on the Type-95

@Exiras Ask anyone who played MW2 competitively or did some GBs against people who were any good. It was all UMP, all the time, because the gun was overpowered as all hell. Plain and simple. The suppressed P90 always has and always will kill very slowly which lent itself to a lot of hitmarker frustration.

Its not camping if you continue to move after getting your kill. Quite fine to take cover or find a dark spot when you know someone is coming right around the corner. But its not ok to try and hold a single spot on the map whilst remaining solitary for as long as possible in order to surprise people who would never guess anyone would be dicky enough to sit in that corner. Cover is there for a reason but moderation is the key to being a respectable player.

The few times I used the P90, it was pretty deadly. The problem with me is, I get into the habit of reloading after every kill, which is unnecessary cause... 50 rounds a clip without ext. mags. And I still reload. Every. Time. Awesome gun though, and good video.
