Ron Paul is wrong, I do not say that often- but he knows that greatest treat to minorities is the erosion of quality of life is from actions caused by the federal reserve. It is the 1% that benefit the most from them and they destroy the poor and middle class in the process... Good thing Ron Paul is the leading advocate to protect Americans from that threat as well ;)

@RL36D I would actually argue Dr. Paul is a Paleoconservative republican and he tends to agree with that. Libertarians are far more likely to accept paleocons compared to neocons so they are labeled libertarian leaning. But libertarians have a media stigma against them as being anarchist. A little funny you call him something inappropriately that instills fear mongering and question the intention of the video. The truth is he is extreme right, the old right.

If it were even, only 25% would be killed (equal to their % representation in the general population). But he is saying it is not even, that is why he says they suffer disproportionately.
@88Sublime96 The vast majority of enlisted people in the military are minorities. Many join the military for the college money and chance for a decent career. I was in the Air Force and there were a LOT of blacks and hispanics, but it's even more disproportionate in the Army and Marines.
