@radiodj1520 This game was December 2, 1984. The earlier meeting, Sam Rutigliano's last game as Browns coach, was at Cincinnati.

@xxpandamidknightxx The AFC Central, was without a doubt, the strangest division in the NFL during the 1980's...check out these facts...
1. the Browns made the playoffs more times than any other AFC team during the 1980's, they went seven times...
2. even though the Bengals went to two Super Bowls during the 1980's, they made the playoffs only three times, 1981, 82, 88...
3. the Steelers, had more playoff appearances than the Bengals, even with no Super Bowl appearances...
