You are quite clearly someone who will get to The Dail one day. You show great ambition and drive and you deserve a lot of credit. We Irish have a history of knocking people who try, don't let these begrudgers deter you from achieving your goal. Let them sit on their arses criticising you all they like, for it is people like them who have achieved very little in their sad lives.
This guy has to be kidding! How do people vote for a pre pubescent bull shit artist who hasn't even moved out of his mum&dads house?? We need young ambitious politicians with good ideas, but they have to have experienced and worked in the pre and post Celtic tiger days to bring their knowledge to the table.. This young man
Is clearly delusional, farcical attempt at running for a place in government...
I wonder if the people slagging him off know much about him. Sad but typical to see so much jealousy and cynicism from Irish people towards other Irish people. Better get used to Dylan though lads, you're going to be seeing a lot more of him.
He reminds me of a young Brian Cowen. All educated and stuff. People shouldn't get to run for office until they're in their 30's and have had some bit of a different career. Career politicians don't know much about life.
i realy like this kid,but unfortunately with the system we have in this country its almost impossble to do anythuing in the dail.and yes everyone wants to change the world, but we cant
haha. Just out of curiosity I went to look at endas promoted video..he hasn't approved a comment in 6 days... would love to see a government run by just independents:)
Private banks lend money (they don't have!!) to Ireland which then becomes money on the creation of the debt. This is based on the fraud that is called Fractional Reserve Banking.
Solution Part 1: Using the Bank of North Dakota as an example, create a new state owned Central Bank. Put state accounts into the bank and using the same fractional reserve system loan the money out to the state interest free.
See the Secret of Oz for full explanation of the fraud that banking is founded on.
@CredoCatholicJournal Nonsense, thats the whole problem, Parish pump politics, local issues take precedence over national, national issues need to be sorted before local
Dylan would trouce those old pigs in the Dail! (talking to Brian Cowen, Brian Lenihan and the rest of you mother fuckers) All they care about is themselves! Dylan has done loads of work for other people and cares for the next generations.
OMG!! best campaign ever !! I live in maynooth so I can't guarantee my parents vote but don't worry you will do fine !! BEST OF LUCK IN THE FUTURE !! Hi Dylan, great use of social media to drive your campaign, can I ask who did your video? We are setting up a new business and hoping to create at least 3 new high tech jobs..
Wow I must be getting old, this guy looks about 15 to me. Mind you it would be funny to see a TD in Dail Eireann wearing a Jedward t-shirt with a pencil case on his desk ;-)
Nice to see one of my peers getting into politics... Shame i'm in south central and won't have the opportunity to vote for you. Fairplay to you! Lets hope that our peers get out and vote for you this year.
no actually i think ill stick around a while longer thanks. and from all the comments that ive seen, you are a horrible person. who on earth would wish cancer on sumone? thats fucking sick. if you really knew what it was like to have someone you love with cancer, i think you'd know not to wish it on sumone else that you probably dont even know. now Im not gonna waste anymore time commenting low life phycos like you.
I like the look of this lad, he's young and eager and that's what Ireland needs right now to get ourselves out of this mess. I can't vote for him, but I would if I could!
Legalize marijuana!! Its a billion euro industry that could create a lot of jobs and could pull us out of this recession like the legalization of alcohol did in america during the great depression. People need to stop being ignorant about this topic.
I can understand why people would be angry at this bloke,... in a bizarre messed up way,...it seems no matter who gets voted in, the Irish wont be happy with the outcome of the next election as it's not going to be a quick fix.
Why does this video not credit where it is so obviously ripped off from (RSA Animate)? Give credit where it's due. Don't use the art of someone else for your political gain.

@TheManandsea Read his website and then tell us he's never done anything for his community. He may be young but he's incredibly hard working and has made a real difference to the Arts in Ireland.
Wow, you actually managed to sound like you were trying to sell me a mobile phone during a campaign ad.
And what the fuck was that bullshit with the whiteboard exactly? A load of absolute bollocks that meant pretty much nothing. "Ireland has changed!!!!" OH FUCKING REALLY DO TELL.
Sorry, you're going to have to come up with a different way to make a fortune, because I'd never vote for a cunt like you.

great ad and its great to see younger people caring so much, but he looks very young might be a lot for him to take on i mean the last gobshites left it in a right mess and now there laughing all the way to the bank...
@420hodgie from reading your comment I'm sure most people on here (including myself) assume your an uneducated idiot who doesn't have the slighest clue about what is happening in Ireland at the minute! We happily bid you farewell to Holland. The country might improve a bit without narrow minded trolls like you..
@XadelemarieX assume away but the fact that u fall for this political bollox shows ur mental capacity.your just what the government wants...a zombie to toil away while they laugh...420 forever Fuck the system!
"I've always worked in my community, to find solutions where obstacles appeared, and negativity persisted" I wonder how much of that is true, and how much is bullshit.
@CoN0R115 Mostly true in fact. He's the youngest ever member on the board of directors of Project Arts Centre. He set up Exchange Temple Bar (an alcohol free zone for artists to share ideas). He set up a record company to promote young artists who were being ignored. He used his own house as a venue for artists who could not find a space to promote their own work. Read his policies. They stand up strongly to scrutiny. dylanhaskins.ie
not dismissing dylan , but i think its take a bit more than putting on gigs in your house for punk bands and being "in" with the art crowd to help the problems in ireland, wht u have mentioned here is fine and dandy, but how does tht help the person who isnt looking for a venue, or to share there ideas, but are looking for a bed in a hospital, or there appeal for a medical card hasnt gone tru
@kevp The skills are transferrable. I use those instances as examples of when he was faced with a brick wall and overcame them. If you read his policy documents you'll see that he has quite thoroughly thought through many of the issues that you raise and eager to apply himself to find solutions to them. check out dylanhaskins.ie for more info

I know this may sound sceptical of me but can I ask what do you propose to change. Will you reform the H.S.E.? Will you alter the tax system? Will you focus more on bringing in multi-nationals or will you encourage more entrepreneurs from Ireland?
Although I have to admit I find it hard to believe you're even old enough to vote, I can' t deny you are saying all the right things and if only a handful of politicians of your ilk get voted in we'll finally be on the right track
@DKP4 some people really show up their own ignorance...... all the negative comments are typical of this country... fingers in ears and go la la la! people are afraid of change. country of begrudgers for certain. all the best dylan, shame there isnt more new blood coming into the political scene.

@DKP4 some people really show up their own ignorance...... all the negative comments are typical of this country... fingers in ears and go la la la! people are afraid of change. country of begrudgers for certain. all the best dylan, shame there isnt more new blood coming into the political scene.
paulboggan 1 year ago
@DKP4 Never mind your old shite about the leaving cert, half the ones in the Dail were bought by the looks of it - nothing new to this lot .... where anything can be bought.....
