  • @homerunhydock Hear hear!

  • @homerunhydock its not just "goverment" remember this.. the people are the goverment.. The goverment is not 100% evil and trying to control your mind... The reason you are able to watch this video and post on this BB is because of goverment. but yes.. the poltics of whats happening are very bad.. "the right of the people to bear arms shall not be infringed upon!" they are our teeth to bite with when goverment steps out of line.

  • Why do all the profound people like Alan Watts and Terence McKenna have to be dead?! I want to meet them both...

  • @jiggle17 that will not be possible

  • @Planjane69 Satan says "You shall -become- as gods"

Jesus says "Ye are all Gods"

    What is the difference?

    Man=Mere "Human"/animal (Satan's ideology). Man=God (Jesus' Ideology)

  • @Planjane69 you also are God, why not accept this as fact and move on with your God like life

  • There is no higher entity creator. You are all that is, every other entity is all that is and we are all one. Ever FEEL someone looking at you without even your peripheral vision to direct you? We are all connected, different angles/perspectives of pure consciousness.

  • @YamahaCubed that would be your 3rd eye picking up on that.. we are all connected.. as individuals we are not all that is.. we are part of all that is, that is what makes us "all one".

  • @TheIgnoramus we are actually all None

    infinity=0

  • alan watt has lost it how can you say thah its wrong to submit thys univers to your will isnd tahh what GOD does ?how can you state thah you must be submit tho material stuff be real you have lost it .GOD is the creator before you he is the first so shall it be forever .

  • It's ok to know that you are God, just don't tell anyone or they'll medicate you.

  • @cjsinclair The only difference between a mystic and a schizophrenic is a mystic knows who not to tell:)

  • @Tombuchaill then i guess alan watts is a schizophrenic =)

  • @Tombuchaill now they call it bi-polar, lol!

  • @cjsinclair I was medicated for praying to God in a hospital, overdosed in fact.. which resulted in a stroke.

  • @TheIgnoramus I'm glad to see you're still posting comments.. shine on!

  • @TheIgnoramus I'm sorry to hear that, I don't know what you were diagnosed with in terms of mental health but I found a site here that I love called bipolarorwakingup. I do think all mental health problems are efforts by the soul or the true person (or whatever people want to call it), to break free from the oppression of the material world and find expression. Good luck!

  • @Tombuchaill I was never diagnosed with any mental health problem.. in fact i had to request my 9000$ bill lab work to see what I was "diagnosed" with... and its a incomplete one.. that has "doctored" information on it.. even the blood work. The material world is not oppressive... fascism is tho.. we are taught to obey.. not to question.

  • God is consciousness.

Man crossed over into being something else the moment the first man-animal had a "thought" and started the process of reasoning and abstraction (and wanting and striving and feeling sadness and guilt and animosity and pettiness and love and yadda yadda).

I'd argue that: All human pain stems from the fact that we all believe we are "human" and act according to that. We forget that the concept of "human" was made up by a human! We can only be what we are: indefinable.

  • @Tsull123 That is really deep

  • @Tsull123

    Brilliant !

  • @Tsull123 I feel the root of human suffering is attachment.

  • Ugh. This smells of the whole "we are one" idea that people think will make the world a better place, and that everything bad stems from a sense of separateness. Otherwise I enjoy listening to Al...

  • @D3adGoon whats wrong with this idea? I think this sort of idea is somewhat true. Are you some traditional western free market competition type of person?

  • @seigneurvoland666 LOL I'm not really traditional anything. I just know it's an ideology that doesn't make people any better.

  • @D3adGoon how doesn't it? you got the red scare i bet. phobia to any form of collectivism

  • I don't think this has anything to do with the "subjective experience of self knowledge". It sounds more like the experience of pure reality. In fact, he talks about the objective experience, if anything.

  • This is the first time I've listened to Alan Watts already I like him =)

  • To know that you are God, to know who you truly are, is to have complete creative freedom.

  • I think the reason the youth of this planet are more liking to rebel is because deep down they know they are being dragged into a society they truly want no part of.

I did it when I was young I wanted no part of what society had to offer. But eventualy I gave in and became a consumer.

    Peace

  • No we rebel because we CHOOSE to. It is the only way we are free, until they try to shut us down.

  • But most are not free.

You didn't get to choose when you were born everything was chosen for you. You agreed to what ever they told you for the most part.

We all pretty much get the same education, same religion, same government, same society, you don't get to choose.

Thats not freedom and I don't feel free.

  • I have to disagree with you, we don't all get the same anything. I am 17 and have been conscious of my ability to choose since I was 10.I have rejected the program, where I grew up the idea is you are stuck until you either die or go to prison. But I chose to believe my status is determined by my mindset. I chose to change my name I picked out like minded friends who want to be revolutionary. By consciously making the choice and understanding it in the Matrix of life,I'm becoming more free

  • Have you listened to or read the 4 Agreements? Its on YT, check out part 2 if your short on time.

At some point in our lives we do get to make some of our own choices but not when we are very young. We except or agree to what our parents, religion and schools tell us until we have the ability to critically think on our own then we either reject or except what they taught us.

Most except it as truth and keep the lie going.

  • damn it this is mind bobbling,I want to be free, I'll be free I swear I will be no matter what. I'll break free of the system and reject the program until I am free or I will die trying.

  • @FLaWLeSS978 now brake free, of your keyboard!

  • kudos to u brother..im 28..i remember making that same realization when i was 6 or 7...

  • @CosmosPrivateer

Unless you are with held by physical force (my heart goes out to those who are) you can chose to walk away from society. You have two feet and you can use them.

  • thats because you never chose to be free..part of that freedom is in the joy of breaking that illusion...and with your statement you choose your own victimhood

  • I did say

    But Most are not free.

I was just pointing out how most people in America are trained from birth.

I can see what happened most can not.

  • @FLaWLeSS978 the reason you CHOOSE to rebel is becouse you are subconsciessly being draged into a world you want no part in. if you were perfectly happy in your world you would never CHOOSE to rebel ;) and yes hopefully they dont shut you down becouse i believe this world should be ran by children instead of a bunch of old grouches who hate life.anyone over the age of 20 may think that is a crazy concept but i tell you the truth... when this world is ran by children this will be paradise

  • @sonofcreator13 Im 21, sounds good.

  • @CosmosPrivateer i wish more people would understand your truth.i feel that is exactly what is happening.and each generation seems to fight back a bit harder(since things get so much more crazy).the problem...old peoples egos are so big they will be damed if they built a world based on what there future generation wanted.i mean god forbid we can make a society with no money,or governments.if money and governing was so great why has it not proved itself worthy in 2000 years ? its time to move on

  • its a cop out..its a victim mentality and it too is a choice

  • i do not undestand what you mean ?

  • Just this minute and three seconds of audio could change the world. It explains what the cause of gang violence is; the youth feeling "alienated" and therefore "rebelling" against society. Alan Watts is such a great communicator. Thanks for the post!
