Benefits of the Raw Food Diet

I'm actually startinf this diet tomorrow, and I'm pretty excited. Kind of sad about giving up all the foods I like, but I think it'll be worth it :)

Wrong. A raw VEGAN diet, when given to children, WILL lead to development problems, but not a raw paleo diet. If parents give their kids raw organic milk, kefir, egg yolks, etc., then there won't be any health issuies, etc.

GMO raw food diet is the best! this includes just about everything (fruits and vegetables) you buy from the grocery.
