  • How come when I do this I don't have a circle of people watching me like it's amazing. lol

  • impressive

  • THAT DUDE IS DEFINETELY NOT ON ROIDS

  • @killthemall55 How do you know? Do you live with him? You can not make that assumption.. Time to work out those legs if you can...

  • dude's got a sick build

  • you sat on the wrong side on the bench ... ur face is on the ass on people and ur feet on the face of people loooooooooool

  • @nasusanus ........like it matters

  • Well don! Plus, no drama. RESPECT!

  • Thats about 68kg in our scale. Thats fucking heavy man.

  • nicely done

  • Good job! And thumbs up for not throwing the weights like you own the place, like ppl usually do

  • Seems like he have a tendonitis

  • what caused you to almost lose control on that rep

  • @msfattytrollbitch He was thinking about his girlfriend probably ;)

  • dude i give you mad props you didnt throw the weights like an asshole. good job

  • mad form man ! see so many dumb cunts on here with shitass form and think there top shit

  • How big are your arms?!?!?!

  • Holy fuck way to go bro

  • nice lift.the thing i like about it too is the way you ended your set.lottsa dudes just chuck the weights.saw a lil 120-130 somethin chick get blasted by a 110lbs db.you really can tell who good lifters are.BTW,great upper body but,....:) ya gotta hit them legs bro.nice lift

  • forgot about ur legs. workin on it too.

  • Im at 120 lb and thought that was heavy. Jesus!

  • keep doing the juice and you too will have a destroyed body when you get older.

  • @TheDominick666 only weaklings who don't put out in the gym think it takes roids to get to that weight

  • @HeavyMetalBoise it may not take roids but it took something besides hard work and dedication

  • @optimoe54 what? nutrition? all you need is hard work, dedication and proper nutrition. its not like he got like that in a week. it takes most people several months before they start to notice increased muscle mass

  • @HeavyMetalBoise most pussies dont know that strength gains come alot quicker than size

  • @9eman9 while your statement is generally true, it does not apply to all. depends on genetics. i puffed out big time when i first started lifting in the 10th grade. for instance, my chest was larger than most of my friends, even though i was the weakest.

  • I love how everyone was watching

  • extremely strong lockout strength, it looked like you were going to fail but yet you kept coming back and bangin out reps. nice lift

  • Yeah bro u my bro bro too man....

  • Good fuckin video bro.... Keep it up man... I'm at 105lbs now bro..... Subscribe to my channel bro....

  • @wwwwalter1234 yea bro its good bro you are my bro, bro. bro...

  • holy crap thats like perfect form...sweetness. Are you aiming to be benching 200's?

  • It's funny how people talk about form. I would like to see their max set heavy lifting video without steroids. It is tough to get up to those weights. Excellent job.

  • very impressive, nice man

  • By the time your 50 you will regret that. Just like I do now.

  • @4g63gen1 why will he regret this in his 50s? would it be better to bench this much?

  • nice pants faggottttttttttttttttttttt

  • you got some bige triceps man !! what excersises you do for triceps ?

  • man 300lbs with dumbbells is sooooooooooooooooo much harder than 300 or even 315 with the bar.

  • u did't even dropped the dumbell like most pros...really solute!!

  • Come back to me when you do a full rep. Thanks.

  • chicken legs

  • man i miss them metal weights.my gym switched from those to the hard rubber ones. they're whack. and they feel like 5-10 pounds lighter than wat dey say

  • what happened on the five rep man? You did all the reps in a good form except that one. Anyways, good job.

  • Yes, that was sick. Love how you didn't spike the dumbbells like a tough guy. Respect

  • @VTBrewer5 It is really hard not to drop dumbells that heavy. I don't have his skills so I put benches on either side of me and place them on the benches when I'm done. Keeps the gym owner happy!

  • THATS 1 TOUGH GUY :)

  • one of the guys i train with has a pair of 225 dumbbells, i dont even see how thats needed lol

  • I do the same on incline and put it away without dropping as well. I'm only 190lbs.

    Good set man!!!

  • @cloudzidane75 prove it.

  • @DoctorJack13 Stay tuned I will get video of it and put it up for you. Give me a week or so.

  • SuperMan doesnt take off his glasses when hes lifting weights?

  • Hey, finally a guy who can lift heavy and not grunt like a fag or throw the weights down. Good set.

  • Not bad. I can do 120's for 15 for 8 sets on incline or 20 on flat. I would do more but the owner won't buy bigger ones. I am positive I can do the 150's for at least a set of 10 if they had some. Anyone know where I can get a set of 150's made or if anyone is selling a set? Dedication is all it takes.

  • Very nice lifting. Solid strong reps with massive weight.

  • yea yea yea we know your the bearhhh

  • yea, he's got pretty big arms...and size isn't everything...i've seen dudes who are twice as buff as me who can do only 5-10lbs more...i got a friend who's about 5'7" 145ish and benches 200...size isn't everything...have you been to a gym recently and watched people grind that last rep? i dont think you have..

  • @sjf91 size is just as important if not more important than strenght bc size = force if your a little feather weight that lifts heavy weight and has great strength, it useless simply because your so light! and amount to low force. so weight/ size is VERY important!

  • @DoctorJack13 its relative to what you train for, if your training for rugby the yes your right, if your training for powerlifting, not so.

  • is this a sarcastic comment? i do it verticall but i press a 50 in each hand lol...and i bet there are guys on this page presing more than that...so your full of it..

  • work on your legs...

  • @thearmchairexpert twigs lolol thats how i see most ppl are

  • work on your dick bro....

  • i finally did the 100's today. i did it 6 times. this guy is strong.

  • I am more impressed with taking them yourself. I use 150lbers for 3 on flat bench but I go back with one and have the other handed to me. Your bench looks higher then the one I though. Either way great lift!!

  • It's not fake. Did you see the last rep? How he had to grind it to get the weights up? I only use 2 40lb ones (call me weak, i dont care, i started w/ 25s so its a good improvement in 6-8 weeks) I know exactly how he felt that last rep, it takes a long time to get that last agonizing set up because the lactic acid build up and your muscles just get exhausted...if its fake its some damn good acting...but look at his arms!! i do think he should go down to like..250 though and get better form

  • ok....youre weak

  • and compared to someone else your weak too...get a life...i haven't been to the gym a lot recently but when i stopped goin i was doing 3 sets (10x each set) of 50s...and the last time i went before i got sick i did 2 sets of 50s and a set of 55s...and was up 5-10lbs in every other category too...so go take some steroids..i'll stick with protein bars.

  • wow, thans for proving how fucking weak you are! fucking pathetic wimp

  • @sjf91

we all start somewhere man. I used to be so weak that I subluxed my shoulder the first time I tried to press the 35s. I worked past it and now I press the 130s.

Just stick with it. Assholes who act tough will never be as strong as a guy who quietly goes about getting it done in the gym

  • i got a friend who is a beast, but he's actually a cool guy and not a fuckin asshole...we all know the type...perfect build...full of themselves..an ass to everyone..

  • that was amazing, great form, you touched your chest on. And didnt drop the weights when your were finished.

If I could ever gain some fucking weight, that would be one hell of a goal to reach!!

  • I agree with sangrede...bad form, no control, lighten the weight and do it correctly...

  • That was a great set! Super strong and nice tight reps...

  • How do you know this is fake? And why do you care so much? There is always someone, thats going to be more fit and stronger than you.

  • good work homes

  • Not impressive at all. The first few he was not doing them clean. At 5 10 and 190 lbs. I do 130 lbs presses 10 times clean.

  • I saw nothing wrong with the way he just put those 150's up but, we all can't be as strong as you dude. You should go fight Brock Lesnar then!

  • and purepecha takes a strong right hook from lesnar...folkes, we may have to call an ambulance...

  • Sooo wat is your point? Does this make you the baddest man on the planet?

  • I saw your videos... why don't you check out my video that I took a couple years ago. You ain't shit man and you're definitely not pushin 150 lb dumbells.

  • It's in a gym with real dumbells... just because you can't do it doesn't mean it's fake. The guys build and the way the weight moved up and down is consistant and obviosly not fake stupid ass.

  • obviously not fake... wow you are stupid

  • Ya whatever i say goes. Eat it Thats right!

  • Dang thats how much I max right now. But Soon ill be doing 300 lb dumbells in each hand

  • Ya, sure, whatever you say nerd.

  • This is a lot more impressive that 315lb x 10 w/ a barbell.

  • yeah, idk why (actually i know...) but dumbell is wayy more harde than barbell. I do with 50Kg dumbe bench press mabe 4 but with barbell i do 1 with 130Kg... that is, 65Kg each hand... but i think that barbell make you use more triceps and less pectoral, and dumbell make you use more pectoral and the same triceps, that's why it feels way more heavy...

  • It's harder because you have to involve other muscle groups in order to keep them balanced at the same time that you're burning a tremendous amount of ATP just pushing the weight linearly.

  • word

  • Does not even throw the weights on the floor after his last rep, Nice!!!!!

  • yeah, i hate it when people do that-it's disrespectful to the weights

  • yeah probably cuz u lift like 40lbs dumbells...

  • times 3

  • lol

  • i love it when they slam the weight stacks on the cable machines for attention....then you look over and its some light weight, lol

  • Hahaha, I know!

  • Bahaha I go to this exact same gym down the road

    Small world

  • beastly strong

  • very impressive. full reps for the most part. sick of seeing fools go 1/2 way down.

  • look at the three ladies just standing there watching you! that's hilarious.

  • lmao

  • I farted, need to work it a little more to do the full lift man.

  • nice job there most people don't know that dumb bells are allot harder than the bar bell and dumb bells will make you stronger by far...if a person could bar bell press 300lbs it don't mean they could bench 150lbs dumb bells its a big difference....i rather be stronger with dumb bells even though they are harder....

  • @canvasguy I lift more with a pair of DBs thats odd cuz i cant barebl BP much

  • how do you get so strong at a light bodyweight?

  • he is strong for his size the thing is dumb bell press is allot harder than bar bell press 150lbs dumb bells is not the same as 300lbs on the bar bell dumb bells are allot harder by far but they make you stronger..i guess he uses allot of creatine and n.o.explode they make you strong as hell...

  • hes just fukin short

  • its because he has a type of muscular gene....he was born strong....some people are skinny strong and get stronger as they get older without supps....but then theres skinny ppl that stay skinny for a long time

  • Wow that was amazing! I'd love to see you do something that's actually functional tho.

  • strong.... that was ballsy without a spot though

  • Wow i can only bench press 1 of those. Your a beast!

  • wow very impressive awesome lift... your a strong motherfucker man hell yeah.

  • Nice recovery on the 5th rep you looked like you almost lost it. Great set real STRONG!!!

  • That was impressive, especially at your bodyweight. What do you throw up using a barbell?

  • thats was 5 reps man

  • ya the first 4 were not all the way up but still thats amasing u have to admit! GOOD JOBB!!!!!!!!!!!

  • that was 5 reps

  • Ryokan1: Awesome video!!

Do you mostly train in the 6-10 rep range (for most muscle hypertrophy)? How often do you go into the low rep range of 1-4 reps (for strength)? Thanks!

  • really never I always try for @ least 8 and sometimes as many as 20-30

  • Thanks for the info. So one *can* get strong by going high reps after all...

  • Whoops, that comment was from me -- a family member didn't log out.

  • holy shit~ u r superman

  • Some power you got there! How tall are you?

  • 5'11" and thank you!!!

  • That's power! I hope people watching understand that

when u get stuck half way with a dumbell it takes mean strength to recover and keep going....Awesome!

  • Thanks again HHH396...I though all was lost on the 5th rep!

  • Awesome pressing.

    That is some EXTREME Power!

It looks like you had a crowd watchin you lift!

  • Thanks benchpressgorilla...I tried for 10 but lost my rythm!! Mabey I'll try again soon
