I think the idea is they are all hitmen working for the same boss and they get each other to kill! The looks the guys give when they see who the target is shows they know each other and possibly that they know they both work for him. The girl i think is to make sure they do the job! that or she is there to look good lol! I could be way off but thats how i read it!
