  • hey where did you get your cage from and how much was it

  • so cute

  • cute, how can i make my parents let me buy a rat?

  • I have a cat now so rats are out. Afraid the cat will hurt or scare them, but I had rats for years. They do get tumors. We too one to the vet. to have a big one removed. $100.00. Not a bad price for surgery. The big problem is rats live 3 ot 5 years. Pain is the price tag on love and that too is well worth it. Take what you like, says God, and pay for it. Joy, joy, joy.

  • er... nice rats... BUT DON'T FEED THROUGH THE BARS!!!

Otherwise, when you stick your fingers through, they automatically think... FOOD! and... ouch!

Trust me, ALWAYS open the door, then feed!

    cute rats tho

  • Thanks a lot for your advice.

Even though my rats haven't bitten our fingers, yet, your advice makes sense. They may bite if somebody else puts their fingers through the bars. I'll be careful.

  • oh my good golly gosh i love how they franticly stick their arms out trying to get to the food

  • They love rice so much.

Among all the food and treats we give, they seem to like rice very much. They grab them very well, too.

  • cute i wanna get some rats too..but i heard they get ill easily...tumours and stuff? is that true?

  • I have them for only about five months so I may not have them long enough to talk about their health problems. But So far they are so healthy and active that sometimes it's hard for me to keep up with them.
