hmmm... I think it was pretty unfair to Peter. Even though he might not be the "perfect" partner, he's the business side of things (obviously). He had perfectly legitimate answers to the problems the models had and they obviously didn't listen to him. Janice is letting the models complain like divas and she has actually never defended her own business partner (well, onscreen) whenever there is trouble.

The model loses 20% from their earnings for a job and the client also pays an agency fee of 20% on top.

It is industry standard.

The models normally never see the client bill that features the extra 20% fee that's all.

The agencies have a huge overhead, rents and salaries to pay.

I've never heard of any agency that pays their models 48 hours after their jobs done, agencies usually pays from a month to 90 days maximum, sometime it does take 4 months depending on the clients, it would be cool if you can get paid in two days!
