I'm not sure on that. I don't think everyone can do psychic cloud control, but I think a lot of people can. I have seen comments from people who have posted their own psychic cloud control videos.

how many hours a day do you do this?

Very little. Maybe twice per week if there are clouds in the sky I will try doing cloud

shrinking or growing and take a video of it. I do find that if I am tired I can't do it. Next I want to try some new cloud tricks such as creating shapes from clouds or inside clouds. I find that the voice is the key, I have to speak commandingly in a lower tone voice to get the cloud to grow or shrink.
