Actually flammable and inflammable mean the same thing. Originally there was one word: inflammable. Means liable to become inflamed--could catch fire. But so many illiterate products of American public education thought in- meant un- that signs started lopping off the in-. You know, just because you're stupid doesn't mean you deserve to blow up. So actually uninflammable means "can't catch fire." But I bet a lot of people think it means the opposite.
