If you turn your volume up, at 2:30 you can hear a faint "you" before the dubbed "you" kicks in. This was because she originally recorded her vocals at the same time as the studio musicians, but in a separate room--yet close enough for her voice to "bleed through" the walls and be picked up by the musicians' microphone. She wasn't happy with her performance that day, so she re-recorded her vocals a day or two later by herself and they were later mixed with the musicians' track.
