I was taught that because "wa" Is a particle you write it as "ha" So there is nothing wrong with putting "ha" instead of "wa" in the title..Its not that big of a deal :U.

'wa' and 'ha' are pronounced pretty much the same too, whether or not the hirigana in the title is 'wa' or 'ha' doesn't really matter when translated into romaji.
