Vibe is a British audio make and they are really big in the pro audio scene over here. They're probably top of the sales along with JL, Fusion and similar makes. I know they export a few to foreign countries, but they're fairly exclusive to the UK. All of their products are very high quality.. I should know, I've got Vibe components, sub and wires.
