You have been able to bring to life the voice of our eating disorders that so many of us hear, that so many don't understand.
I thank you for being courageous and giving a voice to that nagging mantra in our heads. Maybe someone has viewed this and walked away with a better understanding & have been able to communicate/help a loved one, etc in a better or healthier way.
